Are you feeling stressed and overwhelmed, but don’t know where to start?
We all experience stressful and difficult times in our lives, and sometimes, it can feel like it’s just too much to handle. Whatever you are experiencing, know that you don’t have to tackle it alone. Whether you decide on individual therapy or support groups, you will find a brave space for you to build a better relationship with yourself and the world around you.
Individual Therapy
This is the most common form of therapy, and it involves a one-on-one session between you and your therapist.
In an individual therapy session with me, I will provide a brave space for you to show up as your whole self. At your pace, we will begin by exploring the different experiences and relationships that have impacted you. You will be free to process the thoughts and feelings that you haven’t had the chance to voice before. Together, we will change patterns that are no longer serving you, and build strategies and skills to help you reach your goals.
My intention is to help you get to know yourself, your wants and needs, and your strengths and opportunities for growth. As we ground you in a better relationship with yourself, you will feel more empowered to become the person you want to be. Let’s take this step together, to a more confident future.

Support Groups
Support groups provide a community space with others who share a similar experience. Unlike group therapy, support groups focus on sharing stories, offering compassion, and working together to build community and to help fellow members cope.
While support groups may not hold to a structure of therapy-specific interventions, they can still offer education, strategies, and other helpful tools.
As a neurodivergent person myself, I have found neurodivergent-focused support groups to be incredibly helpful. It can feel both validating and empowering to know that there are others who understand your experience, and who are addressing some of the same challenges.
ADHD Support Group
In my ADHD support group, we will learn more about the ways the different types of ADHD can affect different parts of your life. We will also work together to practice strategies and skills to work towards our goals. My intention is for each member to leave the group feeling more confident in their ADHD. (Date TBA)
Neurodivergent Support Group
In my neurodivergent support group, we will start with a brief introduction of different neurodivergent identities, and how they may show up in our lives. Unlike the ADHD specific group, which is more focused on strategies and skills, this group will be a space for members to dive deeper into the complex social and emotional experiences of being neurodivergent. (Date TBA)
